Welding Gas

We started this company to support local welders, both amateur and pro. To do this, we partnered with Air Liquide to bring the complete line of BlueShield welding shielding gas mixtures. These blends are industry standards because of their performance and consistency and cover most of your needs for quality in the GMAW, FCAW, MCAW and GTAW processes. We also offer the Arcal line of shielding gases, which was created to insure optimized productivity and quality, along with reduced fume emissions and spatter.

Arcal Shielding Gases

Gas Uses
ARCAL 14 GMAW (MIG) welding of carbon steels in all transfer modes, short-circuit, globular, spray, and pulsed-spray transfer. Excellent for jobs requiring painting or coating due to low-silicate formation. GMAW (MIG) welding of stainless steels, especially in spray transfer. MCAW (metal core) welding where low smoke is a concern.
ARCAL 21 GMAW, MCAW Steel Short circuit, spray and pulse.
ARCAL 121 GMAW (MIG) welding of all stainless steels in all transfer modes, short-circuit, globular, spray, and pulsed-spray transfer. GMAW (MIG)welding of galvanized carbon steels.
ARCAL 211 FCAW (flux core) welding of carbon steel and stainless steel where lower smoke emissions and increased productivity are desired. MCAW (metal core) welding of carbon steels. GMAW (MIG) welding of carbon steels.
ALMIG GMAW welding of carbon steels and regular carbon level stainless steel and non-critical stainless steel applications. GMAW welding of carbon steels Short-circuit, spray and pulse transfer.
ALTIG GTAW welding of all base metals. GMAW welding of non-ferrous metals. Application requiring higher heat inputs or faster travel speeds compared to pure argon.
ALFLUX FCAW welding of carbon and stainless steels. GMAW/MCAW of carbon steel.
