Dry Ice

Incredibly cold, dry ice, or solid carbon dioxide, is most used to keep foods or other products cold in a non-refrigerated environment, or flash-freeze foods such as ice cream or frozen pizza.

Industry Usage of Dry Ice

Food and Beverage

With an extremely low temperature, dry ice is used to keep all manner of foods cold, whether for serving or preparation.

Party Supplies

Dry ice combined with water creates a mist that lends the perfect atmosphere to your haunted house or magical show. Just remember to be careful to avoid touching it with your bare hands.

Construction

Dry ice blasting can be used both to clean and to remove ink, glue, oil, paint, mold and rubber during renovations.

Plumbing

Used to create ice plugs in plumbing to temporarily clear a pipe in lieu of completely shutting down water.
